Zachary Cooper is a recent addition to the Hernandez Realty team. He brings 20+ years of tradesmen and carpentry experience to the office. Zachary's family owns and continues to operate a California Hardware store that has been continuously operating since the early 1940's. Growing up selling hardware and managing a business helped Zachary learn a variety of solutions for complex engineering and building problems as well as navigating modern commerce. Zachary has a passion for building and developing rural properties. He specializes in off-grid projects, agricultural properties and farms.

Zachary participates in volunteer College outreach for at-risk populations.
