Daniela M. Hernandez

Realtor

Daniela M. Hernandez grew up inside the same office her father and grandfather opened over 50 years ago. What began as an after-school job as an office assistant quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. Today, Daniela proudly serves as a third-generation realtor at Hernandez Realty Co., working side-by-side with her dad to carry their family’s vision forward.

A true Russian River local, Daniela understands the heart of West Sonoma County — its neighborhoods, its history, its people, and its rhythm. Her deep community roots, combined with years of industry experience, allow her to guide clients with honesty, clarity, and a personalized approach. Daniela is known for her creativity, strong marketing strategies, and the ability to turn any listing into a compelling story. She has built an incredible team dedicated to preparing properties for the market seamlessly so that sellers can enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Beyond real estate, Daniela is a passionate community leader. A devoted volunteer and proud Past President of the Russian River Rotary Club, she is the youngest member to hold this position. Daniela puts her heart into raising funds for local scholarships, supporting community programs, and uplifting the very place that shaped her.

When she’s not helping clients or organizing community events, you can often find Daniela exploring new restaurants, hosting gatherings, or creating meaningful spaces for connection. Above all, she is grateful to continue her family’s mission of helping others. Daniela loves meeting new people and is dedicated to making every client feel like part of the Hernandez Realty family.
