Cazadero

Cazadero Real Estate

Located approximately 6 miles north of state Highway 116, the small town of Cazadero is nestled deep in the redwoods. It has a strong sense of community, and its focal point is the general store. Though the town is quite small, the surrounding area from Hwy 116 to Fort Ross Road and Meyer's Grade is all a part of this quiet community. Cazadero is the base town for the homesteads and historic rancheros in the northwest quadrant of the county, with its rolling hills and vistas of the Pacific Ocean.

Cazadero (Spanish for "The Hunting Place") is located in the coastal hills and has numerous microclimates from lush rainforestlike areas to sunny `banana belts'. Pristine Austin Creek flows along Cazadero Highway, which is the main route into town from Hwy 116. This area has become one of the best cycling destinations in Sonoma County.

Hernandez Realty Co will be happy to show you available real estate in Cazadero.
