Sonoma County has been my home since 1980. Before obtaining my real estate license, I was the co-publisher of the Russian River News for several years. My educational background is in visual communications - graphic arts, photography, advertising, technical writing. This background has given be an edge in marketing real estate.

Two of my specialties are the sale of country properties AND helping to remove the stress for both buyers and sellers while they are going through the process. More than 90% of the properties that I have sold are considered "country properties" which tend to be a bit more problematic. Learning to deal with solving problems is where the real estate professional comes in. Taking the stress out of dealing with problem solving for buyers or sellers is first and foremost for me as an agent. As an agent in Sonoma Country since 1990, I have learned how to foresee most of the problems before they arise. This allows me to prepare people for situations which may occur.
